Roll center tie rod end made with high quality ALLOY STEEL. These tie rod ends are designed to have maximum accuracy, which enables them to sustain extensive load.
Tie rod ends help keep your vehicle's front wheels stable. They are a ball-in-socket mechanism that allows the wheels to move up and down and side to side. That is important as the vehicle navigates different types of road surfaces, bumps, potholes, etc

Steering tie rod angle changes as the suspension is lowered/lifted. This will make the car difficult to control due to the unwanted toe change during suspension travel (Bumpsteer).
Hardrace RC (FORGED BODY) tie rod ends, by relocating the tie rod end ball joint pivot point, will help return the geometry back to original specs for proper steering response. The tie rod ends are manufactured from high quality ball joint to provide a more direct and responsive steering feel and sustain extensive loads.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds via PayPal, STRIPE or other payment gateway will incur the payment gateways fee IF refund is initiated due to customer ordering incorrectly, mistakenly, or with in 10 days or cancel with in the website time frame given. PayPal no longer refund their 2.5% fee so the customer will be liable. If refund is initiated due to unable to fulfill the order or Tier 1 Auto Pty Ltd error, then no fee will be charged.
Once a product has been test fitted, installed or used it can no longer be returned. Special order items from overseas or special orders will be accepted for return but a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Not all items are subject to our standard returns policy. Items that are special order are subject to a return policy outline between Tier 1 Auto Pty Ltd and the customer at time of purchase.
Customers have 14 days from the day they receive their order to lodge a "Return Item Request" with Tier 1 Auto Pty Ltd, and no more than 7 days from the time approval has been given.
Once a "Return Item Request" has been approved by Tier 1 Auto Pty Ltd customers must arrange for their item(s) to be returned. Customers may be supplied with a "Product Return Form" which must be included with the item(s).
RETURNS POLICY
All returns must be accompanied with the "Request A Return" form, if requested, for the item(s) they wish to return. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customers. However, in the event that an incorrect item has been sent by Tier 1 Auto Pty Ltd and associated distribution partners, Tier 1 Auto Pty Ltd will cover return shipping costs.

Customers are more than welcome to return items in person providing that the "Return Item Request" has already been approved by Tier 1 Auto Pty Ltd. All returns must be in original package unless previously discussed. Packaging that is damaged and in an "unsellable" condition will incur a 20% repackaging fee or may be returned to the customer without refund.
